This is from our hotel room again, but instead looking North toward Little Italy (note the amazing architecture). We had no problem walking over and checking out some Italian food for dinner one night.

Here's a shot from the northern end of Pacific Beach. This is where I did most of my bodyboarding while in San Diego. On this particular day the waves weren't that great (good opportunity to take some photos). :-)

An outward shot of the ocean. I forgot my wetsuit at home, so I had to go out in my board shorts. A little chilly (water temp around 63 degrees), but fortunately it was warm enough that I got used to it after 5-10 minutes.
